Derek Eads
CEO
Derek joined Adgo in 2008 as VP of Sales and took over the day-to-day operations as CEO in 2012. He previously held positions as an Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Plant Engineer, and Process Engineer with Specialty Chemical Manufacturers. In addition, Derek served as an Engineer Officer in the Kentucky National Guard from 1997-2011 rising to the rank of Major. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
Rick Elliott
VP Engineering
Rick joined ADGO in 1998 as Senior Controls Engineer, promoted to VP Engineering 2007. Previously held positions as Plant Electrical Engineer, Plant Systems Engineer with chemical manufactures and as Rides Control System Engineer in the amusement park industry. Rick holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Cincinnati.
William Supinger
Production Manager
William joined the Adgo team in 2016 as the shop foreman where he coordinates projects with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations. He previously came from another control panel shop where he ran daily operations and administration as the plant manager. William has a degree in Electronics Engineering and nearly two decades of management and leadership experience between Industrial Controls and Retail.
Kelly Throckmorton
Office Manager
Kelly was with Adgo part time throughout college and became full time in 1998. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Mount Saint Joseph. She heads purchasing, assists with accounting and inside sales, as well as other day to day administrative duties. In her spare time, she has coached and ran a Varsity High School Fastpitch Program for over 15 years.
